My art reflects my home on Peacham Pond in Vermont, in the NE region of the US. It often relates to my other work in land conservation or nearby farms and forests. All wonder and inspiration. Everything here (c) Annette Lorraine, 2008-2018, all rights reserved. Contact me at area code eight-zero-two 262-6400 or rainlaw [at] sover [dot] net. I use only the most colorfast paint on Arches paper and when really playful, on Yupo.

Celebrating Barre
If you have driven through Barre, you may recognize "the Sculptor," a tribute to Italian immigrant granite artists. Although the Town of Barre's voters currently lean Republican, in the early 1900s, 90% of Barre wage earners belonged to a union, and many proudly considered themselves socialists.
13 x 18" (matted & framed) watercolor
SOLD (to the mayor of Barre!)
